Rent and shine at your event

Add your desired items to your basket and proceed to checkout. We’ll take care of everything else, ensuring your luxury piece arrives beautifully packaged and ready for your special occasion.

Your item will arrive on the first day of your rental period. It could arrive a little early if you’re lucky!

Return your item to us on the last day.

After your event, returning your rental is seamless. Pack the item in its original packaging and attach the pre-paid return label provided in the box. On the last day of your rental period, simply drop it off at your nearest postal service, and you’re done!

Forget about dry cleaning! We handle it all, ensuring every piece is restored to perfection for the next renter.

Do you have any questions?

Do I need to clean my items before sending them back?

Under no circumstances should you attempt to clean your item during the duration of your rental. Doing so may result in a damage charge on returning your item.

How do returns work?

We'll have sent you a prepaid returns label! Simply place your Orbit items in their original shipping box, pop the returns label on and drop it off at your nearest Post Office before 4pm on or before the day you are due to return your item. If you can't find your pre-paid returns label then please contact us and we will happily arrange a new label to be sent out to you.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If in doubt about the fit of an item, we suggest you check the size guide under the description of the item you are renting. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a refund or credit note if your item does not fit, as it won't be able to be rented out to another customer for your dates.

What if I damage or lose my rental item?

If your item gets damaged, please reach out to us immediately via email orbitbyaoife@gmail.com or by sending us a DM on instagram @orbitbyaoife.

We reserve the right to pursue up to the full recommended retail price of the item in the rare case where the item is no longer rentable or not returned to us.

My rental period ends on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, how do I post it back to you?

If your rental period ends on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, please post it first thing the next morning.

What if I'm late returning my item?

If an item is returned later than the day specified on the order, we reserve the right to charge €30 per day if the item/s is late back to us via your credit card on file.

Can I try on an item?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a try on service. We hope to hold pop up’s in the near future where you will be able to browse our showroom collection and try on your favourite pieces. Please keep an eye on our socials for pop up event dates.

How long can I rent an item for?

We offer 4 and 7 day rental periods. However, if you require an item for a longer period please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

What if my rental arrives creased?

We ensure meticulous packaging for your item, but certain fabrics may crease more easily. Should your garment arrive with creases, simply hang it in a steamy bathroom to naturally smooth them out. Avoid ironing or steaming the item, please.
