Shipping and Returns

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure your rental arrives on time. Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch your dress with tracked delivery so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Standard Delivery: Arrives within 2-3 working days.

Your rental period begins on the day you receive your dress, so you can enjoy it for the full duration before returning it.

We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland.

All orders are subject to a delivery fee of €10, which includes the original delivery of your items and the return shipping.

The return label and packaging will be included in your parcel when it arrives. If you have lost your label, please contact us on orbitbyaoife@gmail.com or message us on socials @orbitbyaoife.

Returning your dress is simple:

Prepaid Returns Label: A returns label is included in your package.

Pack It Up: Place the dress in the original packaging.

Post It Back: On your final rental day, drop it off at your nearest post office with the returns label attached.

All returns must be posted on your final rental day to avoid late fees.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know straight away. We are able to cancel any orders up to 10 days before your rental start date and issue you a credit note. Orders cancelled any later than 72 hours before your rental start date will not be entitled to a credit note and will be charged in full.
